The 3,000-square-meter venue houses several thousand machines, including claw machines and token-based arcade games. Staff typically move back and forth between storage and the gaming floor to restock claw machine prizes and collect tokens, while also assisting customers—making it a physically demanding role that requires balancing efficiency with hospitality. In the pilot, staff load items onto the robot, set the destination, and notify a colleague nearby via two-way radio. By reducing walking distances and manual transport tasks, the system has freed up more time for customer service and has been well-received by staff. (Feb 2026)
