According to the nurses on site, the large capacity was reassuring, especially when transporting specimens, which need to be transported in large quantities at a set time. In the trial, the robot tested to navigate itself safely while coexisting with people, with distinguishing between walking people and stationary obstacles and taking appropriate evasive action for each, and slightly backing up to maintain a safe distance when its path was blocked.
