The robot system named "KOCoRo" helped the robot patrol the site in place of human workers. A remote operator controlled the robot by capturing information through its overhead 360° camera system. When the mesh Wi-Fi network could be fully equipped at various construction sites, it would be easier for robots like this to connect with smart devices that end up improving efficiency in the work.
