When an office worker orders an item using a smartphone app, the robot picks up the item from the convenience store and sets off. It uses a flap-type security gate and elevator to deliver the item to the person's department. Working together with a "mobile convenience store" robot that travels around the building with recommended items, a total of 10 robots will help improve the productivity of office workers.
